I could go on and on about how disappointed I am with this company. The ppl they hired to come out n fix things also had nothing positive to say about BOOKO BROTHERS.
Horrible job. If you can get away without using them I incurouge with all my heart to do so. My family was misplaced from our home for a total of 108 days! All they had to do is fix damage from a burst pipe. Things that were done were very poorly done! Had to redo our bathroom multiple times plus it never got 100% finished. They only used one coat of paint on things, blaming it on my insurance company but after talking to the adjuster they assured me they would of covered it.
Honestly when this all happened to my family I figured it was just a fluke. Now that I know it is happening again I felt this needed to be addressed.
We've had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. The owner responds to issues right away, stays in touch throughout the process, is thoroughly professional and reliable, and makes sure the work is done right. You couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!
What a great company. They replaced my garage door and siding after my wife drove through the garage door on accident. Can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I know right now of two other claims Booko is in charge of. the one family has been out of there home now since 2016! I drive past their home daily and I only see ppl there 2 out of 7 days. The second family I know put a claim in 2 months ago and they have not even STARTED! Black mold has now become an issue in the home. This particular home owner has major breathing issues as it is!
