lately my husband and boys come home and their hair cuts just aren't what we wanted (can't give hair back once it's cut) but when the girls that we like are there like Elizabeth we are happy...not sure if it's new people coming and going but I will be calling ahead to see if someone I know and like will be in otherwise will start looking for a new place :/

Sometimes when I Get my haircut they don't take off as much as they're supposed to on top. Doesn't stop me from going though.. Hopeing this next time I get my haircut they do it right. I mean it's in your computer.
Did online check-in for my son said 15 minute wait time went in sat there for 20 minutes no one said anything to us a man and his son walked the stylist rushed over checked them and took them to a chair I love great clips Kalamazoo but would not recommend this location
This is the 3rd time my husband has come home from Great Clips with his hair different lengths. I am aware that it is Great Clips and no one expects to leave there feeling down right amazing but you could do a better job then you are. He has the simplest hair cut. You just cut it shorter than it is. He just got home (and will never return again) and the sides in front are longer while the rest is short. I FIXED IT. I did not go to cosmetology school and I fixed it, that is how simple his hair cut is. Not only that, but he said he had all these little hairs on him (obviously) from when she cut it and she made no attempt to brush them off his neck or face. She was like "ok your done". Cuting hair is not for everyone.
