The little zoo is a nice bonus for a kids park. Could use more shade by the playground. Play equipment is nice and well maintained.
There is a small lighthouse where the Rocky River glows inyo thr St. Joseph River in the middle of the park.There is a section set aside for playground equipment. In hòod weather there are restrooms ànd a drinking fountain in a lions mouth. There is a petting zoo (nothing exoctic) and ducks and mostly canadian geese roam freely all over the park all year round. In the spring there plenty of babies. There paved walkways and bridges that are all handiecapped accessible.
Cute park with large outdoor play area, live animals. Lots of geese. Shade. Picnic tables. Shelters. River runs by it and through it. Nice pace to picnic.
Cute petting zoo, nice playground for kids. The river walk is peaceful!
Been going to this park for decades. And its one of those places that i always miss when i am not in state/country. Love the petting zoo too. Its just a peaceful place to visit.
