The first time (a year ago) I had visited, I was less than impressed with the experience; however, I decided to give them another chance. People have bad days. Ever since then, every time has been great. They did emergency surgery on my 9 year old husky and took great care with her. They even worked with me so she could come home early instead of staying another night. I was worried about her being a lone and they appreciated my feelings. Instead of trying the Doctor knows best, they wanted us to feel comfortable with the decision.
